The purpose of this project is to supply drinking water to the entire city of Concordia for a design period of 20 years, from 2020 to 2040.

As of 2010, the city of Concordia had very good drinking water network coverage, reaching 94.9% of the city's households. Despite the good coverage, the system showed problems of low pressure or lack of flow in large sectors of the urban area due to population growth and the age of the existing facilities. 

The population currently served is approximately 170,000 inhabitants, and the population that will benefit from the work in progress is more than 210,000 inhabitants.

The project includes a series of works to supply the city of Concordia:

- Toma's Work

- Raw water delivery to New and Existing Water Treatment Plant.

- Water Treatment Plant - New Module.

- 5,000 m3 and 15,000 m3 tankers

- Water Treatment Plant impulsion aqueduct to North Distribution Center.

- Distribution pumping station

- Circumferential aqueduct

- Complementary networks and connection to the existing distribution network

- Electricity supply works
