  • 01.
    What is it for?

    The Code of Conduct is a resource that helps to act ethically and responsibly in day-to-day activities.

  • 02.
    Who does it apply to?

    To all its employees (regardless of their hierarchy), members of Boards of Directors and Supervisory Committees, interns and trainees. Also to contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, associated persons.

  • 03.
    What to do in case of doubt?

    The immediate superior, Manager and/or the Head of Human Resources should be consulted.

  • 04.
    Noncompliance

    Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct gives rise to the application of disciplinary sanctions that may include dismissal and/or termination of the contractual relationship, without prejudice to any civil and/or criminal liability that may apply.

What are our commitments?

To work permanently in the management for the planning, execution and maintenance of our works in order to be efficient and provide a quality service oriented to the satisfaction of our clients and other interested parties. 

To develop all activities in compliance with the legal requirements and other requirements in force applicable to the place of operation.

Prevent pollution, reducing the impacts generated by the activities we carry out in each project and in our administrative and operational bases to achieve an environmentally friendly development.

Prevent injuries and deterioration of workers' health by providing safe and healthy workplaces. Eliminate hazards and reduce identified risks.

Encourage consultation and effective participation of personnel through the development of our human resources, being aware of their responsibilities and safety.

We do not relax. We are always looking for improvement opportunities to make our Integrated Management System an evolving document.
