JCR S.A.

The company

The origin

JCR S.A. is part of the work of a visionary, Engineer Juan Carlos Relats, who, throughout fifty years and always with renewed hope in the country, has consolidated a present that makes the future solid.

In the 1960s, he was a founding partner of Relats-Clebañer Ingenieros Civiles S.A.later named Necon S.A. Subsequently, he was a founding partner of Copanco Ingeniería S.A.

Both companies gave rise to JCR S.A..which, as a continuation of both companies, through a corporate reorganization, receives the transfer of its assets, history and background.

Vision, purpose and commitment

In the last fifteen years alone, we have executed and are executing more than 120 works contracts for a total of more than US$2.2 billion. These include road works, drinking water sanitation and effluent treatment works, hydraulic regulation works, rainwater drainage and piping of watercourses in tunnels; power lines, transformer stations, gas pipelines, fiber optic laying, civil works and infrastructure in general.

ISO Certifications

Focused on total quality, the safety of our people and care for the environment, we achieved ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 41001:2018 certifications.

ISO 9001 is the world's most recognized international quality management standard, applicable to any type of organization in any sector or activity. The approach of the new version of ISO 9001:2015 is based on:

  • High-level structure (easier integration with other management systems).
  • Risk management.
  • Leadership.
  • Process-based approach.
  • Opening to the service industry.
  • Value chain integration: greater importance of the context and its stakeholders.

ISO 14001 is one of a series of applicable international environmental management standards. Based on the Plan - Do - Check - Act cycle, ISO 14001 specifies the most important requirements for identifying and controlling the environmental aspects of our organization.

This international standard establishes a set of requirements related to occupational health and safety management systems that enable an organization to control its occupational risks and improve its health and safety performance. This standard can be implemented in any organization regardless of its size, activity or location.
