Expansion of the Drinking Water Distribution System in the S.O. Zone.

The drinking water supplied to the inhabitants of the city of Formosa and its metropolitan area comes from two water treatment plants, one located in the southeast of the city, within its historic center, and the other in the extreme northeast.

Taking into account that the main urban growth of the city is taking place towards the west and southwest of the city, we are currently faced with the need to transport the water produced by the the need to transport the water producedwater, increasingly over longer distances.

We made it possible to transport drinking water in sufficient quantity to the southwest sector of the city (La Nueva Formosa area and surrounding areas), and guaranteed the possibility of its urban development without inconveniences. Likewise, we supplied the intermediate sectors in the process of urbanization which, up to now, had no nearby availability to connect to the drinking water supply.
