Fueguino Gas Pipeline

The project will increase the current gas transportation capacity and bring the network service to neighborhoods in Río Grande and Ushuaia. The work, which is divided into 3 lines, will provide access to the natural gas network to the neighbors of the Margen Sur, and will reinforce the supply of the whole province.

The tasks comprise the execution of items 2 and 3. Item 2 consists of the installation of a 15 km reinforcement loop of 12" over the gas pipeline, in the suction of the Compressor Plant (upstream of the 14 km loop recently completed). It includes the crossings of the Fuego River, Barrientos Creek, Los Patos River and National Route No. 3.

Line 3, the installation of a 12 km of 12" reinforcement loop over the pipeline, located downstream of Trampa "C" (downstream of the recently completed 20 km loop) in the Lago Escondido area. It includes the crossings of the source of the Milna River and National Route No. 3.
