132 Kv High Voltage Line

  • Completion: -
  • Location: Itá Ibaté / Paso de la Patria Corrientes (Argentina)
  • Client: Secretariat of Energy of Corrientes

The work consists of a 132 KV double-terminal high voltage line that interconnects the ET PIRAYÚ transformer station in the town of Paso de la Patria with ET ITA IBATE in the Province of Corrientes.

The total length of the power line is more than 128 km, and the structures used according to the detailed engineering are made of centrifugally reinforced concrete.

The conductors of the double strand are bare aluminum cables with steel core and are protected against atmospheric discharges.

The foundations for the supporting structures are made of simple concrete and reinforced concrete between single, double and triple structures.

The expansion of the ET ITA IBATE, consisted of increasing it to 8 fields (5 fields of LAT 132 KV, 2 fields of power transformer, 1 field of bus coupling), it had an initial configuration of 2 fields, all in 132 KV. A 30/30/30 MVA 132/33/13.2 KV power transformer was installed and is in service.
