Tobuna is located in the Department of San Pedro, in the northwest of the Province of Misiones, 36 kilometers north of the city of San Pedro, on which it depends administratively.
The project consists of a rural and an urban section. The first includes the execution of basic works, ditch profiling, construction of lined ditches in areas with significant slopes, transversal culverts, longitudinal culverts, paving of the 6.30 m wide roadway, construction of 1.50 m wide paved shoulders on both sides, provision and placement of metal fenders, and horizontal and vertical signaling.
In the urban area, basic works are expected to be carried out, including the construction of an 8.30 m wide paved roadway, 1.00 m curbs, 1.50 m sidewalks, speed bumps, drains, transversal culverts, and horizontal and vertical signaling.
