Provincial Route Nº 27 runs in a northwest-southeast transversal direction, has a total length of 43 km, and is located in the central region of the Province of Misiones.

Territorially, the project is located in the department of San Pedro and connects the town of San Pedro (Argentina) with the town of San Miguel Oeste in the state of Santa Catarina (Brazil).

This work contributes to regional and international development and is part of Mercosur integration, favoring the link between countries.
