In the case of the city of Buenos Aires, perhaps one of them consists of guaranteeing its inhabitants (about 3 million in CABA and about 13 million in the entire metropolitan area) effective solutions for their connectivity and transit, even more so in the case of a port city.
The PASEO DEL BAJO road project was inaugurated on May 27, 2019, benefiting more than 134,000 daily passengers; 15,326 truck drivers; 28,245 long-distance bus passengers and 91,070 residents who travel in private cars.
A work which, without a doubt, is a reference at national and international level, a demonstration of commitment and coordinated work among all the institutions involved, combining the efforts of more than 3,500 people, achieving the execution in less than 3.5 years of 7.1 km of road of great engineering complexity.
Undoubtedly, PASEO DEL BAJO is a relevant milestone for Argentine Engineering, a discipline that has proven to be at the level of the most advanced countries, by meeting the objectives, deadlines and budgets foreseen.
